Aubrey Calhoun- Owner Operator
Aubrey Calhoun is the founder of Minuteman Property Services, bringing more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and project execution. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business from Capella University and uses his background in operations, quality, safety, and customer service to ensure each job is handled professionally, efficiently, and with a strong commitment to the Tampa Bay community.
Kasi Calhoun- Customer Experience & Administrative Manager
Kasi Calhoun serves as the Customer Experience & Administrative Manager at Minuteman Property Services, helping keep daily operations organized while ensuring every customer receives friendly, responsive, and dependable service. She supports scheduling, customer communication, estimates, and administrative needs, helping make each interaction with Minuteman Property Services smooth and professional from the first call through job completion.
