Our mission is to provide top-notch property services including junk removal, debris hauling, yard cleanup, and tree trimming. Aubrey Calhoun- Owner Operator
Aubrey Calhoun is the founder and owner of Minuteman Property Services. With more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, team leadership, project execution, and commercial construction, Aubrey brings a strong background in safety, quality, accountability, and customer service to every job.

After years of leading teams and managing complex operations, Aubrey founded Minuteman Property Services with a simple goal: provide dependable service, fair pricing, and the kind of customer experience he would expect for his own family.

Aubrey is committed to building Minuteman Property Services one customer at a time through honest communication, professional service, and a genuine commitment to the Tampa Bay community.
Kasi Calhoun- Customer Experience & Administrative Manager
Kasi Calhoun serves as the Customer Experience and Administrative Manager at Minuteman Property Services. She helps manage scheduling, customer communication, estimates, and daily administrative needs while ensuring every customer receives friendly, responsive, and dependable service.

Kasi brings extensive experience working with and caring for people, including 10 years in the restaurant industry and more than 10 years in nursing. She continues to work as a registered nurse and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Kasi and Aubrey have been married for 18 years and are proud parents of three children. Together, they are building Minuteman Property Services around family, hard work, honest service, and a commitment to their community.
